Job Description:

Our client who has been manufacturing in the State of Indiana since the 1960's has recently expanded into a brand new 30,000 square foot building.
They are in need of several CNC Machinists for their organization. Because of their continued growth they are looking to fill positions on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
They run their own product line so runs can be as small as 10 parts up to 100 parts.
Your ability to Program (Mastercam available), Edit Programs, Set Up and Operate CNC machines is a must. They have 10 new Haas CNC Machining Centers in their facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Willingness to support ACT's policy of a drug-free work environment
Read micrometers, veneers, calipers and scale.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of position-related education and experience required. Five years of experience not necessary but a bonus
Demonstrated Mastercam experience preferred
Fanuc and Haas programming and operation experience preferred
VTL experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to read and understand mechanical drawings required.
Demonstrated understanding of basic math skills required.
Experience and understanding of Quality Management System
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
